lily's world XD Palster Password
Palster is the first account you log into, and it is the first time the game splits a puzzle between two places: the clue sits in Lily's email, and the values come from her journal and her blog.
Quick answer
The account name is the address [email protected], taken from the Palster confirmation mail in Lily's inbox. The password is alex11: her crush's name followed by her cat's age, which is 11 because the cat arrived in 1993 and the account was opened in 2004. If the field rejects it, try alex 11 with a space.

The account and the password
Two fields, two clues. The email address is written down for you; the password has to be worked out from two facts that never appear side by side.

The address comes from a mail Palster itself sent when the account was created, so it is stated rather than hidden. The password is not stated anywhere, which is why the Drafts folder matters so much.
Where each clue is written
The Drafts folder gives you the recipe. The Audio app and the blog give you the two ingredients, and one of them needs a small calculation.
- Read the draft Lily wrote to herselfIn her email's Drafts folder, the note says the password is her crush's name plus her cat's age. That single line tells you the shape of the answer: a name, then a number, with nothing between them.
- Get the name from the audio recordingThe audio file titled
IRIS I'M DELETING THISis Iris teasing Lily about a boy called Alex, and the journal carries the same name in a written entry. Either one is enough on its own. - Get the cat's age from the blogLily's blog About Me page has an Any Pets entry saying the cat has been with her since 1993. Palster's confirmation mail is dated 2004, and 2004 minus 1993 gives you 11.
- Put the two togetherName in lower case, then the age with no separator:
alex11. The calculation is the only arithmetic the game asks you to do, and the year to anchor it comes from the mail you already read.
Accepted format and common mistakes
Both fields are unforgiving about the wrong kind of character.
- The two characters before the eights in the address are zeros, not the letter O. This is the single most common way to get a correct answer rejected.
- The password runs the name and the number together with no space, no hyphen and no underscore. The spaced spelling belongs to another build's notes.
- Everything is lower case. Nothing on this login wants a capital letter.
- If the email field accepts your address but the password field will not, you have the right account and a formatting problem, not a wrong account.
Players have also reported opening a site inside a single browser tab and losing the blog path as a result. If a link seems to lead nowhere, open it in a new tab before you conclude the clue is missing.
What Palster unlocks
Signing in is what turns the investigation outward, from Lily's own files to the people around her.
Inside the account you get her profile, her photo albums and her friend list. The photos are the ones stage four depends on, because one of them carries a printed date that becomes a code, and the friend list is who the later forum stage is about.
